Biography

     Victoria, an ambitious, talented artist located in central North Carolina, started her career in theatre from Greensboro College and the Northwest School of the Arts in Charlotte. She has experience and comfort on-stage and in front of the camera and behind the scenes she cultivated her talent for costume creation, styling, and hair.

 

    Victoria has had a variety of actor training in both classical and contemporary styles. From voice training to a variety of movement training such as ballroom dance or stage combat, she has established herself as a master of her environment. Her modeling career began working with professional body paint artists and special effects masters at Kersey Valley Spookywoods, transitioning into editorial and beauty modeling as her images gained traction. Victoria continues to branch out with a variety of experienced photographers, always seeking new styles and genres to build her core competencies. When possible though, she will always return to her artistic roots, choosing projects outside of 'normal' realities.

 

This combination of acting and modeling has exposed Victoria to the importance and artistic integrity that costuming, hair and make-up require. Her passion for costume construction solidified in the Greensboro College Theatre department, and carried through various independent films and projects in the area. Her vision for each unique costume drives her ambition to craft the exact piece required, whether it comes from the bottom of a thrift-store rummage box or is painstakingly hand-crafted.

 

She currently works as an Actor with the touring Theatre of North Carolina, and as lead costumer at Kersey Valley Spookywoods. She strives to remains flexible as to not miss out on unique artistic projects and is open to review future bookings.
